Fr. Domenico Soliman, superior general of the Society of St. Paul, and Sr. Anna Caiazza, superior general of the Daughters of St Paul, while visiting their communities in Australia, hosted gatherings with the members of the Pauline Family in Sydney and Melbourne.
Fr. Domenico and Sr. Anna met the communities of the Daughters of St. Paul, the Sister Disciples and the Pastorelle Sisters in Melbourne on April 25th. The communities of the Society of St. Paul, the Daughters of St. Paul and the Sister Disciples present in Sydney gathered the following Sunday, April 27th.
The meetings were an occasion to hear from both superior generals on matters of significance for the whole Pauline Family and to share the joys and the challenges that we face in the socio-cultural and ecclesial reality of today. The dialogue rekindled in us the desire to strengthen a more collaborative and a family spirit among us for the mission as well as for a credible and appealing testimony of the Pauline vocation.
We are very grateful to Sr. Anna and Fr. Domenico for their effort to build the Pauline Family’s commitment to communion and synodality among ourselves and with the whole church and society.
